Unstake your alpha tokens & redeem TAO on SubWallet.
Step 1: On the SubWallet homepage, select the "Earning" tab on the sidebar.
Step 2: In the Your earning positions screen, click "Unstake" to add more funds to your stake.
Step 3: A popup screen will appear on the right side. Enter the amount and the validator you want to unstake.
Like staking, there will be an inherent loss of value during the unstaking action (also known as slippage).
If the slippage calculated by SubWallet for your transaction exceeds 0.5%, you will not be able to proceed with your stake. In this case, you will need to adjust your slippage tolerance to a higher percentage than what we calculated to proceed.
To adjust the slippage, click the icon next to the slippage, then select or enter your desired slippage tolerance and click "Apply".
Once done, click "Unstake".
Step 4: Check the information and confirm your request by clicking "Approve".
An unstaking fee of 0.00005 TAO will be deducted from your stake once the transaction is complete.
For example, if you unstake 1 TAO, after the transaction is complete, you will redeem 1 - 0.00005, which equals 0.99995 TAO.
Step 5: Your request has been submitted!
You can either click "Back to home" to return to the homepage or "View transaction" to see transaction details in the History tab.
Once the transaction is complete, you will instantly receive TAO.
