# If you already have an account with SubWallet

**Step 1**: Click on your account name to have a list of your current accounts. Then click the button **\[+].**

**Step 2**: Choose the type of account you want to create.

**Step 3**: Remember your secret phrase, store them in a safe place and never share them with anyone. Please note that if someone has your secret phrase, they would have total control of your account.

**Step 4**: Verify your secret phrase.\
We would ask you to organize the words in the same order as the secret phrase revealed to you in the previous step. Once you get the order right, please click **Continue**.

**Step 5**: Name your wallet and create a password.\
This password would be crucial, as we would ask you to provide password for every transaction. \
\
Please note that SubWallet is non-custodial, so you would be the only person who know your password; we cannot help you restore or change password. Please make sure that your password is well-kept.

**Step 6**: Account successfully created.\
After creating a password, you are good to go!
